Southern fountain county in west central indiana... * Until 530 am edt * At 1236 am edt...National weather service doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the advisory area. Doppler radar estimated rain amounts of up to two and a half inches have occurred in northern parke and southern fountain county since 1100 pm edt. * Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause minor flooding to occur...Especially along small streams and near low water crossings. Minor flooding is expected to occur over mainly rural areas of northern parke and southern fountain counties...Including the towns of bloomingdale...Hillsboro...Judson...Kingman... Marshall...Turkey run state park...Wallace and yeddo. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. If flooding is observed act quickly. Do not drive through areas where water covers the roadway.
