FOR THOSE WHO KNOW OF AN ANIMAL CHAINED. THIS IS SIMILAR TO HOW YOU DO A RESCUE, GROW SOME BALLS. But what i find unusual is these people listed the rescuers name, did this in broad daylight and one showed his face which indicates to me this has been staged or the individual who had this dog gave him/her up. I have done this many times, it sure wasnt exactly like this but never less the idea was similar. Do not let any animal confined sit there, please do something about it. In most cases by law it is legal to abuse animals by having them confined. And keep in mind if you do get caught, the law minimizes animals so much as to label them property. You would get a slap on the wrist which is in your favor. Besides what judge wouldnt see that you meant well? I suggest doing this kind of thing between 3-4 am when people are in their deepest sleep. Also if the dog doesnt know you well he/she will bark. Come with biscuits and treats, toss them to the animal and walk away. You have to do this for days then get closer each time and eventually the animal will know you and see you as a friend. I advise doing this solo because people have big mouths and love to brag about a rescue for attention and a pat on the back, leaving you at risk for getting caught. An authentic rescuer seeks no glory, in fact he/she will not openly disclose a confiscation especially online for the world to see. This here wasnt a confiscation, like i said it is staged and or the individual who had the animal allowed it. I am concerned that people post fake rescues like this to get donations, ruining it for the rest.
