CEO, Lisa Desmond Dear Ms Desmond, Would you please provide answers to the following questions regarding Enzos business and proposed extension development application?: ● What is the present lease that Enzos has been granted by FCRC, in terms of the size of land, period of time, costs etc? ● As the Esplanade is State Government land under the jurisdiction of the FCRC, who has paid for the work done by Ergon workers in installing three phase and other electrical cables and fittings and/or poles/lights and /or underground electrical equipment? ● Why was improvement of electrical connections from the main power supply to Enzos necessary? ● Who authorized these improvements? ●Was there a report required? If so, could you forward same? ●What rates are paid by Enzos now, and what will they be if the extension is approved in terms of category and supplementary charges? ●It is our understanding that no general rates are paid on state land only service rates. Is this how it operates with Enzos? ● Is and/or will Enzos be required to pay rates on the car park, which is very adjacent to the land leased and the proposed building extension? ● Who will pay for the construction of the extension building if approved by the FCRC? Will there be any financial input from the FCRC and the State in any form? ●Is there any conflict of interest with Enzo’s wife Ms Andreuzzi working at FCO? Please explain. ●Does Enzo have any conflict of interest having a 30 year lease on Esplanade land granted by FCRC and his proposed business expansion proposal? ●Does the FCRC, as approver of a development on land over which it has jurisdiction, have a conflict of interest? These are all public interest matters, and so under the Local Government Act, it is incumbent of you to answer these questions of finance and associated questions.
