Organize the work systematically on the basis of priorities. 2. Monitor information flows to and from the IR Office in Cairo. 3. Maintain and update the project filing system in which information can easily be stored, and from which it can be retrieved both in paper and electronic form. 4. Maintain the official correspondence file with NGOs that are related to the project. 5. Write and participate in setting the project monthly, quarterly and annual reports. 6. Maintain a duplicated filing system for personnel 7. Organize and prepare meetings of the Project Manager with the staff and take minutes of those meetings. 8. Organize travel and accommodation arrangements with logistic. 9. Organize and coordinate conferences and seminars of the Project. Qualifications University degree or its equivalent in management, , public administration, or a related field. • Relevant experience in project development Gender Any Education major Management Experience 3 - 5 Years. Other Skills Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office word, power point, excel & access Internet search tools • Administrative, financial, and personnel management. • Report writing • Budgeting and budget tracking. • Networking and communication • Diplomacy, tact & negotiation. • Good numerical skills • Problem solving • Research skills. • Relief/Development, health, disability and nutrition issues • Flexible • Patience • Team worker • Stress tolerance • Sympathetic to principles of Islamic Relief Work Salary (L.E.)
