Facebook! A very interesting social network, where people from all classes and ages can interact freely or so it seems. I have been thinking and wondering how these geniuses thought up the idea of Facebook. Did they say that necessity is the mother of invention? This is probably one of those inventions that came about out of necessity. We can now put down our thoughts by way of communicating, and friends comment or express agreement by just hitting the like button. Interestingly, even in Facebook, you can tell those who like to talk and those who would ordinarily just nod in agreement or shake their heads in disagreement in a face to face conversation. But unlike a face to face - direct talk, we dont have to say an outfit looks nice on a person when it really does not. But we still do those, even on Facebook not minding our complete liberty to not say anything at all. What is that about? Maybe what we think is the reason we act the way we do is really not so. But all in all, Facebook has a very special feature that you dont easily see in a face-to-face interactions, or even phone communication. The unfriend button is interesting. Who came up with that word, unfriend? The first time I saw it, I thought that was so cool, it sounds better than such words as block delete e.t.c. It is a nice place to stop by, catch some laughs and forget the daily hustling for a few minutes. I wish all of you dear FB friends a great and productive week. Be well and safe. Always -
