Facebook friends I have been reflecting about many of my posts, especially the political ones. While meaning no offense to any individual, I seemed to alienate many individuals, including lifelong friends and dead family members. This was never my intention. Last week I had a very humbling experience on a country road near the Alabama border. It has made me reflect on the many blessing I have experienced in life. In looking back, I wasted too much time debating trivial aspects such as sports when I should have been helping others. I should have realized this sooner especially when certain individuals whom I respect told me that I was getting as obnoxious as Charles Vernon. I should have ceased then but did not have the foresight to do so. To my family and friends, once again I meant no malice. To this end, I will do as several other intelligent individuals have done and discontinue my posts on Facebook. I will spend this time reflecting on the season of Christ out Savior and helping others To my good friend Mike Hymes, the Maytag is out of order. I am Sure you wont send the repair man. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.
