Fact: Exercise is addictive... not immediately, but in a very short time. As soon as you begin to notice even the slightest change is spurs you to want to do more. What type of change..? Perhaps a little less trouble breathing Not having to take a break on your staircase Having an easier time getting dressed A slight drop in weight A little more energy in general Changes vary widely by person and activity. You just need to be aware of your body, how it feels and moves and perhaps keep a journal to help track and monitor what is happening.
