Factor that interfere with our relationships: 2) Friends: We often place our friends at the top of our priority list, and therefore they are a major influence on our lives. Friend’s opinions of our partner and our relationships can really interfere, as we try to act in ways that we think are socially acceptable and avoid being judged. Similarly, any drama or problems in our friend’s lives can easily become our own problems, as we are so closely connected to them. If a friend is going through a hard time, we often suffer alongside them, and our relationships can too as a result.
