Fan question: My daughters 12U travel team is continuously looking for more talent. They currently have 14 girls on the team. We only have two more tournaments left and the season will end. They have brought on two new girls which will bring us up to 16 players. Does it make sense to let these girls start now or should they have to wait for tryouts in 4 weeks? I am concerned that these new girls will play in these last tournaments and the girls that have been on the team the entire season will be sitting out. Is this normal for travel teams?
