Fibro Fact: There are basically 3 over the counter pain meds: Aspirin, Acetaminophen (Tylenol in the U.S.) Ibuprofen (Advil in the U.S.). (Aleve is very much like Ibuprofen). Looking at the pharmacy wall you would think there are 20 or 50 different ones, but it really boil down to the above 3, with different names. Sometimes they might also contain caffeine etc. The above three can have different names in different countries.
