Filed my first online RTI. I have asked the Election Commission of India the following questions --------------- The Election commission of India is requested to provide the following information about the online registration of the voters. 1. In how much time is an application for a voter-registration/id-card processed 2. In case any information is found lacking in the application, does the election communication communicate with the applicant 3. If the answer to Q2 is yes, then how 4. Has the online voter registration website on been eci-citizenservices.nic.in/ tested for errors 5. Does the election commission know that the Register Your complaint feature of the website is unusable because the Choose a AC dropdown does not work 6. What are the times during which the telephone for voter helpline works 7. What steps are taken to make sure that the voter helpline phone line is actually attended to 8. Does the election commission maintain recordings / call log sheets of the calls received to the voter helpline 9. Why is there no Contact Us page on the online website of Election commission uttar Pradesh (ceouttarpradesh.nic.in) which can allow the user to send feedback to election commission online. I am attaching a screenshot of the Register Your Complaint screen which shows that the Choose your AC dropdown is empty.
