Final day of Positivism: I started my Sunday by doing my same old - TopicsExpress

Final day of Positivism: I started my Sunday by doing my same old rituals. Then, I headed back to Quezon City this time, for my annual physical exam. I thought I brought all the things that I needed for the medical tests when I discovered that I left my letter of authorization for the APE. Seeing that I live a bit far from the place I was, I decided to just have it reprinted. When I went to the health clinics information desk, the woman told me theyre not allowed to do so. So, I asked her if it would be possible for me to just bring the copy the following week, and she said, Id better talk to the nurses on board that day. I did what I was told and luckily, with my convincing power, they allowed me to go through the tests so long as I bring back the LOA the same day. I was so happy and was done with all the steps in just a few hours. Since, I had been fasting the night before, I chose to treat myself with a healthy lunch meal at Cafe Mary Grace. While having a meal, a girl, probably in her early teens, along with a staff member of the said establishment approached me and asked me if I would like to buy a holy rosary from them. The teenager explained that shes a volunteer of an orphanage which the Ateneo Jesuits handle. She also mentioned that the proceeds will go to the physically challenged kids who live there. I asked her several more queries while I was handing her my contribution. Later on, I hurriedly went home since I also had an appointment that day at SM North EDSA. When I arrived, my mom handed me the LOA and off I went again, this time to my free diamond peel. I left the clinic as soon as I was done, and headed back to Cubao to drop off the LOA. After that, I dashed home to attend the evening mass. During the mass, I saw one of our former choir members. I thought he was coming back to the group. And then, I found out that he was there because someone told him that its my birthday the next day ,so he wanted to surprise me. I guess it was the other way around. hehe. Nevertheless, I was still touched by the early birthday gift. :-) And that was how I concluded my five-day positivism. Now its time for me to share the good vibes to others. Remember, all it takes is for you to spend five days appreciating the blessings that you already possess. Always remind yourselves that the key to happiness is within you. You have the power to choose how you feel about your day. I now nominate the following people to the 5-day positivism challenge. Good luck guys and enjoy the journey. :-)
