Finally light at the end of the tunnel. Moral of the story concussions are no joke. My daughter had suffered her 2nd concussion in 2 years a week before school started at UCF cheer camp. School started here August 11. She has just been cleared by her neurologist to go back to school next week. And still has some lingering post concussion symptoms and is not fully back to her baseline. But atleast she can go back to school. So for those who think cheerleading is not a sport. Ive seen more injuries in cheer than all the years I coached football.
