Finally settled at the 筑波大学 （University of Tsukuba) Dormitory. Passed a lot of administration procedures only in one day including university entrance and getting of Student Card, Acquisition of Health Insurance card, Residency Card, Dormitory entrance card, Bank Account plus postal address confirmation. The work, which in Afghanistan, can hardly be done in at least a month. Amazed by the Japanese behavior, hard working habits, honesty in their works and superb administration and managerial system. And now, for a few years at the amazing University of Tsukuba.
