Finally the stress is starting to subside from the comcast nightmare... my biggest gripe with them is the dishonesty..many of you know I work from home and my internet connection is what I depend on to stay employed. .all they needed to do was tell the truth about the situation. .instead they lied and said there was going to be someone here 3 times yesterday..and they continue to provide false information in my account about the status of my service being connected, live and active if that were true why would I keep calling??? Even though there seems to be water in my lines coming to the house..the Node that services over a 1000 homes in my area us still showing an outage that comcast refuses to publicly acknowledge. ..if anyone on my FB friends list is have trouble with ur X1 service this is why ..u might be getting service but im sure its sketchy ..the node with the problem is MH402 the event id is 217063490 this node services from 4th ave and north to Manahawkin. .65% of all customers in this region are impacted ..slow connection or pixelated images or total outsge are the symptoms...god bless the guys who are running totally new lines from the street to my house..but we all know this just improves my ability to recieve a corrupted weak signal!
