As the Finance Analyst, you will be a key person in the MEA & CIS Commercial team that will support the Management Accountant to provide a tight finance controls and process, and to deliver reporting that provides insights to the team across the region. Your key responsibilities are as follows: Business Reporting: • Assimilation of data for monthly performance reporting. Alignment and integration with the Optimisation team’s data. Ensuring data integrity across all of our sales reporting. • Cost centre reporting to support cost control framework in the business. • Price Achievement and volume analysis for the team. • Manage system and process changes impacting our reporting. • Support the process to provide world class reporting including a more robust Price Achievement forecast model. • Production of the monthly performance reporting as required by SBU management. • Production of ad hoc reports to support business reporting requirements Accounting Compliance: • Generation and loading of sundry accruals journals to SAP • Ownership of the Account Payable process in market, including management of vendor reconciliations. • Verification and accurate coding of vendor invoices and purchasing card spend including timely instruction to service providers enabling effective payment • Complete finance and vendor master data updates • Process and deliver manual payments for locally controllable payables. • Manage expense coding accuracy for vendor invoices and staff expenses. • Support External Audits and the development of statutory accounts. • Support internal audit requirements as required. Risk Compliance • Facilitate adherence to compliance requirements across the region including their Algerian, Egypt and Moscow offices. • Support the risk register process. Desired skills: • CFA or equivalent. • 3 years accounting experience • Detail orientated. • Action orientated with a willingness to take ownership. • Ability to develop and manage strong relationships. • Warehouse Management. • Strong Excel & SAP skills.
