First attempt at using filo pastry....make chicken kheema tart....not like what we get in the bakeries but amazed that it cud be made at home In little oil saute jeera....garlic n onions....after some time add finely chopped carrots.....saute it very well....add salt n spices as per ur taste Then add kheema (marinated in ginger garlic paste n kept in fridge for an hour) n break it down with a spatula as it will form into chunks...add very little water...place lid n let ut cook on the lowest flame for around 45mins.....or till the water evaporates.... Place filo sheets on top of each other....the more sheets the more thick the base would be but make sure that it does not become too thick..... Place filling inbetween as shown in the pic....garnish it with whatever u like.....l had put green red n yellow bell pepper n cheese pieces.....fold the sides....apply eggwash on the folded parts Preheat oven to 200 degrees n bake for 10 to 15mins.....make sure filling is made before.... Hope this helps to make ur version of this tart....it can be filled with almost anything....it just shud not be too liquidy or runny Happy cooking
