Firstly let me emphasize that I do not know who this person is at all and also what he does and what his competences might possibly be. But generally for the environment known to me in Germany and a few places abroad I would have to comment the following: The main question is, what he does during those 126 days and how much he truly accomplishes and of how much value his produced assets are ... the result could be 0$, the result could be a damage of billions of dollars or the result could even be a value of 200 thousand dollars or even more in rare cases. However, usually for "Managers" in Europe the damage caused would be less, if those brain-masturbators and toilet paper roll unwrappers/wrappers were stuffed with those 200 thousand dollars and then would sign and swear an oath never ever to interact with anyone who is really working so that their precious low-pay time is not disturbed (low pay here in Europe also for the knowhow giants, in fact Zero pay because simply kept as drafted slaves vy cynical and brutal extortion) ... but again, as I have said, I have no idea as to who this Person in this Picture is and what he does etc. .... perhaps he may even be a knowhow-giant or a genious playing the uneducated manager as a safe disguise ...
