Florida friends. As you all know, my partner Angela Kaul and I - TopicsExpress

Florida friends. As you all know, my partner Angela Kaul and I organized the Justice For Gipper cause in June of 2013. We have led protests, brought awareness, written and phoned our state reps as well as local government all while Brian Perry worked the judicial system for the better part of a year. Brian Perry beat his 70 pound Rottweiler to death with his bare hands in a drunken rage in May of 2013. He then proceeded to clog up the legal system with lawyer antics, games and total lack of respect for our hard working judges and prosecutors. Angela and myself, with the help of a few from the rescue from which Gipper was adopted, dug in. I personally met with State Representatives to start what I hope will one day be called Gippers Law. All while Brian Perry stalled, made excuses and junked up due process. He was so cocky that he chose to go to trial rather than take his punishment directly from the Judge. On March 26, 2014 - Brian Perry went before a jury of his peers - Korey Milo and Patrick Moore proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Brian Perry should be convicted of Felony Animal Cruelty Charges. On May 28th, it took the jury just 20 minutes to return with a guilty verdict. He was denied bond and remanded in jail until sentencing. On Friday, May 2, 2014 at 10:30am. Brian Perry will be sentenced by Judge William Webb. The presecutors have asked that we get as many Gipper supporters as we can to show up at the sentencing. In support of Gipper - To speak by our presence that we are no longer willing to accept animals being abused, killed, burned, euthanized for no reason, dragged by cars - abused in any way. We will no longer accept these abusers not being punished to the fullest extent of the law. Please show your support with us on May 2nd at the Pasco County Judicial Center on Little Road in New Port Richey, FL Thank You! Connie Tootle Loring & Angela Kaul
