Folks, Afari Gyan and the NDC really think Ghanaians are fools. It is true during the printing of the official ballots the parties were represented by their agents. So does it mean ballot papers cannot be printed outside the official event that the parties were represented? You and I know that fake ballots can be printed and are printed and are allowed to be used by EC officials during our elections. You also know that outside the official biometric registration, biometric registration exercises took place at unofficial locations including some RCCs, Lome etc etc. The issue is those registrants were also incorporated into the official ones. In fact I am going to send you videos of some of them on this site. This is not in court now. because it is criminal and what is in court now is a civil case. For a criminal case to be in court, the state has to do it as per our constitution.
