Food is one of the greatest pleasures in life. If you cant enjoy a delicious meal in the company of friends and family (that isnt turkey and broccoli)......well, aint nobody got time for that. Your diet is only as good as the sustainability of it. Think about that. If you dont plan on always eating no carbs...then dont do it to lose weight...because what do you think is gonna happen when you eat normal again....instant weight regain. That is the BIGGEST problem with MOST weight loss diets. That is why 97% of diets FAIL. They are too restrictive. Be a disciplined eater. Dont be a restricted eater. #LoveFood #DontFearIt
