Food on day 5 cold beef for breakfast, diet soup for lunch and pork chops for dinner and for snack. Had coffee and decaf, and water. I made two mistakes this week 1) I ate beef, optimistically thinking I should be able to, but I still mustnt do it, and 2) I listened too muc h to the ketopeople and thought I ahd to eat more fat. It made me sick to the stomach when I ate that marrow this morning, what terrible in and in fatty stuff that is. Maybe I would get used to it, but I am defnitely going to try to do without first. Ill just continue with my supplements and my 4 oz of liver every week. Must listen to my body first, and I did well the first few days and then I overdid things. For me, personally. So Ill continue with pork and chicken and eggs, and have beef not more often than once a week. That works better for me. However nice everybody talks about being able to eat beef and however much I love it.
