For a change, we were in a city for New Years. Good company, and with the kids for what may just be one of the last times they deign to celebrate with us. Good music, great weather. And the sheer bliss of being with a happy crowd without the stressful hooting, traffic jams, drunken louts. I quite liked the quiet little corner restaurant dressed up and people ambling in hoping to find a seat and not being disappointed. A happy celebrations was had by all....
