For anyone who loves Zupas Wisconsin Cauliflower as much as my family does, this recipe is awesome! I didnt follow it religiously, but I think it would have been just as awesome (and closer to the real thing) if I had. Changes I made - we added 4 oz havarti and hot sauce....plus I didnt measure most of the ingredients, I just kind of eyeballed it.
