For so many years, I always had my leading lights. My mother bonnie, who passed in 2001. And my grandmother Mary, who passed on tonight. Both of these women taught me what it is to love music. My grandmother, taught me how to hold close the words of a song, and how to share that special joy singing gives me, with the world. She taught me how to feel the beat of life, and how to help others to feel it as well, by sharing my gifts of music with them. The best, being Dixie Carter as Miss Julia Sugarbaker. This is the clip of her singing, the one hymn I wish I could sing for my grandmother. My throat closes up too much to sing right now, but eventually, I will...........youtu.be/RBC-YswAsaQ
