For ten years, I had been afflicted by the grievous cervical spondylosis. Every year I had to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical therapy. That’s grievous recall. But all the painful recall will never appear again for I have got rid of it. My old disease doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I do yoga half an hour every day, drawing my legs and arms, turning neck, twisting waist and relaxing routine pressure.
