For ten years, I had been tortured by the severe cervical spondylosis. Every year I had to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical therapy. That’s painful memories. But all the torturous recall will never appear again for I have casted off it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I do yoga half an hour day in and day out, stretching my legs and arms, turning neck, twisting waist and relaxing everyday pressure. I do recognize that yoga have shaped a new me not only on shape but the mental state that I am more optimistic than before.
