Is it good to share ones vision or dream with someone who is in to the same business? Answer: 1a. Identify what you can do naturally and what you enjoy doing, this will give you strength to follow up b. Identify a mentor and open up completely by telling the truth about what you want to achieve which can be achieved in the place of prayer. Note: Some persons might feel threatened by your dream and these persons can discourage you or fail to give you all the support you need or that will not help you. Question: 2. Is it possible to work with a prophet and not know or discover the seed of success one is carrying inside? Answer: Yes. You need to seek direction from the prophet (or mentor) and when you don’t get it, you have to change leadership prayerfully. Question: 3. What will you do if you know people that can help and not willing to help you? Answer: Make yourself marketable (convincing) and show to people practically what you can do and not just talk alone. Action speaks louder, start small and show them a sample of what you can do. Question: 4. What will you do after knowing or discovering what you can do to be successful but you need financial support that is not forthcoming? Answer: Set your priority right, be determined and focus, if others will not help you, set short term and long term goals for yourself, try work for small pay and save little by little until you have a small portion to achieve your goals. Question: 5. How can you overcome fear of failure? Answer: Take a bold step into the area of your dream, take your fears to God in prayer. He has not given us the spirit of fear but of a sound mind. Understand that there is nothing like failure, you will only know that it does not work that way and you try another way. This is why you start small so that you can minimize your losses Question: 6. I have the oil and there is a market, how do I get to the market? Answer: Package the oil and set-off to the market. Make up your mind and be determined to get to the market, partner with the transporter to help you to the market and make an agreement to pay on the first sale. That is, acquire a soft loan, based on the expected sales and pay. Give your dream a boast, start anyhow. Question: 7. You have an idea of what to do but due to standard operation procedure by the government agency (.e.g. NAFDAC) approval , you do not have what it takes financially, how do I get to the market with the little I have. Answer: You can Start small, You can go in partnership with right minded person that can help you achieve and fulfill your dream. Keep trying and don’t give up. If you cannot register with NAFDAC, sell in your locality and save money for your registration
