For the past THREE YEARS I have not lived in MA. Yet, I keep getting overdue notices for my vehicle registration. I live in Alabama (Which apparently you know as you keep sending me these overdue notices to my Alabama address). My car is registered in Alabama, and has been for the past several years. I keep calling North Adams,MA where my vehicle was registered THREE YEARS AGO, and they shrug their shoulders and say to call you. I call you, and then get put on hold. Mostly, I get hung up on after an hour of waiting. Once in a great while I get through to a person, file paperwork, and then six months later I get ANOTHER letter saying Im delinquent on my payments. AGAIN I DO NOT LIVE IN MA. MY CAR IS REGISTERED IN ALABAMA. I HAVE CONTACTED YOU AND PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION OF THIS 8 MILLION TIMES. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS.
