For the past year, Ive simply been looking for someone to love, and in turn she would love me back too. Unfortunately I kept meeting people who werent serious, who were only playing around, and who only wanted flings. After several heartbreaks, I decided that I wont ever fall in love so easily again until I know for sure that the other person can be trusted enough not to break my heart again. A few months ago I met this girl. Shes almost everything that Ive been looking for in a partner and shes really interested in pursuing a relationship with me. While I do like her, for some reason I just cant seem to find my feelings for her. Is it because Im too afraid to love again? Or is there simply no chemistry between us? Maybe I deserve to die alone, old, unloved and bitter.
