For the umpteenth time,doctors will never ansa to any oda health sub specialist as a chief medical officer,After all patients come to the hospital to see the doctors. Health workers should get it dt if we go agog against each oda to d extent of govt shutting dwn the hospitals or privatize hospitals,doctors will still not lose out while ur asses will float on alrdy congested labor market. We definitely have more than enof nuissance in d hospital in d name of med lab scientists,nurses,pharmacist,physiotherapist etc I think privatizaton will show dm dia niche and wat they r worth in d hospital. Wen nurses threaten strike action,we have more than enof ppl qualified for clerical positions which r more dn enof to filling india post and can do d job. As for odas,wen dia services r required and r not seen in d hosp, dn we can go for dose in private practice of their profession. These measures will definitely solve the dispute in field of medical and health services. But if u think otherwise maybe u should try d Drs not being in d govt hosp.
