For there to be a meaningful societal justice among African nations, there must be a defendable proposition that culture is a societal attribute; the change of which is impossible, without causing an immense societal injury, in a particular generation. And the reversal of consequences appertaining to such societal injury must be understood as extensively (in regards to time needed) efforts-consumming; if not mostly inadequately successful. Therefore, it should then be of striking warning that any cultural change conceivable, contains possible problems that might outweigh its establishment.
