For this #throwbackthursday, something a little different... One year ago I had the distinct honor and pleasure of taking the USC School of Architecture Heritage Conservation Summer Program with my friend Rosemary. It was through my experience of this course that I not only became close with one of the most wonderful friends I have ever had but also, Beverly Hills Heritage was born. Today, I have the honor and pleasure of giving an hour long talk and tour here in Beverly Hills to that very same summer class of students. Together, Rosemary and I will get to show them some of our citys landmarks and discuss the challenges we face in preservation. Personally, I am looking most forward to encouraging them to pursue their passion in this field because in doing so they will be able to make a difference! What a difference a year makes!!!
