For those of you who think Michael Brown was just a petty thug who deserved what he got, I understand his friend said they stole those cigars (I have some serious problems with that friend anyway, but I digress). The video tape (when seen in its ENTIRETY) shows him paying for something. What I want to reiterate is this: The store owner, nor ANY of the employees called 911 to report a robbery. If it was such a serious strong-arm robbery (oh yeah, of a few dollars worth of cigars), why didnt they? Add to that that Ofc Wilson knew NOTHING of the alleged robbery. Finally, STEALING CIGARS IS NOT A CRIME PUNISHABLE BY DEATH, WITH NO TRIAL BY JURY, DISPENSED BY A COP IN THE STREET. Did all of you forget that while dismissing this young life as that of a thug who deserved what he got? Did you feel the same way about that kid who shot up all those people in the Colorado movie theater? HE didnt get shot at the scene, and he ADMITTED murdering a roomful of people. Why do you see one one way, and the other another way? ASK YOURSELF WHY.
