For those that asked.. the piano is not new and had been in storage for months.. and the house is mine, have lived here for 20 years,.. thank goodness Geoff was in a lease we had to honor when we got married so we could tackle the renovations at a snails pace since we had to do so much ourselves had I known I was gonna get stuck with all the interior painting and redoing all the floors myself I would have said no... was amazed to know that Geoff was able to replumb the entire house all by himself.. completely amazed me that he can rewire, replumb, sheetrock, and weld.. has been has been ALOT of hard work, but in retrospect proud to say how much we did on our own... not real happy that he has just informed me that the exterior paint job will be done by us as well.. he needs to realize just because I paint PORTRAITS .. doesnt mean I like to PAINT!!! hahah.. So.. Im in.. still lots to do in here, but welcome anyone to come by the old house to see all we did!.. Just dont look TOO close.. youll then realize I am NOT a professional house painter!
