For those who are asking but these are just according to what works well with me for months which Im still doing: My food: 1. No oil, less sodium, high-fiber, high-protein, less sugar, no processed food 2. Hot water or tea than cild water 3. Eat out once in a while choosing the right food but have it shared with someone 4. Japanese, Chinese, American food and desserts atleast once a month... but must be burned before the day ends via walking or workout 5. Own-prepared meals-oven and non-stick pan are the best buds 6. No mayo, no salad dressing 7. Nestle 0% fat yogurt ( mango or strawberry) or Elle & Vire 0% 8. Saging saba, Century tuna lite (spicy), Jacobs crackers ( blue and green variants) 9. No noodles, no pasta except if theres the malunggay, squash, carrot seaweed noodle available at organic stores ( theres one in Mother Ignacia) 10. Honey, coco sugar, turmeric, fitbar, nutribar, Besy Dyet choco cereals, 50 calorie peaches, Ocean Spray Diet cran-lemonade (5cal) 11. Item 10 supports my diet but I havecto consume less than the supposed serving size. 12. Use small plates, bring resealable plastic for leftovers, bring sporks, bring thermos 13. Tofu is a substitute to most meat 14. No chicken skin, only chicken breast 15. Fruits in the morning and I only love pomelo 16. Veggies everyday like okra, beans and brocolli 17. If I crave for something I put it in the freezer so I can eat that for a week than in one sitting. 18. To make it guilt-free, burn the calories before bedtime however, just like me I still gain weight if I overeat something oily or fatty and would regret it. My workout: 1. 2x a day cardio then different muscle groups such as arms, shoulders, thighs, abs, core 2. Walk alot and I take the stairs than elevator or escalator (everytime possible) 3. Sweat out everyday im any activity 4. I stand alot esp after eating. 5. I must get 8 hours of sleep. 6. I resort to physical activities and still thinks of ways just to burn Others: 1. I still got to Allura for my whole body non-invasive treatment. There Im surrounded with positive and happy people making it easier to remain focused. 2. I stay away with negative people who hold back to excuses and reasons as I want to stay motivated. 3. I dont want ti be skinny. I want sustained 120 pounds with toned body especially my arms, backs, abs and thighs. 4. I want a healthy lifestyle and live longer for my goals and share it with my loved ones. 5. I just want to be happy and enjoy life. Many have requested for this. Im not doing this for others to follow what works well with me. Every person has differebt needs. I learned this via reading, asking, listening, putting common sense, and doing trial and error all the time.
