For those who have not heard yet, this weekend we had to put my grand mother into hospice care. Aside from turning 89/90 (?), she has been having a rough summer and has been slowing down more and more each week. She is still at home with my folks and has nurses, a social worker and a chaplain visiting her several times a week.
