For those whove been asking, heres my very simple recipe for Ginger Beer Margaritas. Use a good quality ginger beer to mix a frozen limeade. Use Tequila and Cointreau (or other orange liquor) and limeade/ginger beer in quantities to taste (seriously, you just about cant mess this up in terms of mixing quantities). Add ice and stir (you are asking for trouble if you shake it - ginger beer is fizzy!). If I am putting something on the rim (I usually dont), I actually use sugar with this rather than salt. Enjoy!
