Form follows function.... it doesn’t lead to it! So, if a particular yoga pose is causing you pain or feedback it isn’t about stopping doing the pose. It is about calming or lessening our compensatory patterns so that we can improve function in the pose – you personalize the pose to your body. You will absolutely gain MORE flexibility when you move more functional without . Be curious about how you are moving. Mmmm
