Found out today that a beautiful friend has lost the house she built with her darling husband when she was just a bride 40 odd yers ago. She has lost everything. She is an amazing quilter who quilted by hand. When I think of all her work and even her stash of materials all gone I could cry. I think my project will be looking after her passion rather than white goods. If you go to any op shops or material sales and see craft quality cotton material on sale let me know.
