Employee Retention • Managing all tasks related to Trade Union and Labor Regulations • Developing and implementing labor laws • Welfare management for employees • Resolving problems in any accidents and issues related to employees - Others as assigned by Leader. Job Requirement 1. Graduate with minimum 2 years of professional experience in Recruitment 2. University graduated, major in Human Resources, Foreign Languages, Economics, Business Administration, Education. 3. Having excellent communication skills in English is a must. 4. Planning and organizing skills; networking and interpersonal skills; team work skills; and drive for results 5. Professional Competence: HR functional expertise; Legislation knowledge; Project Management 6. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project), 7.
