Free ration for 6 months: Omar Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah Friday said that, Free ration will be supplied to affected people for 6 months. There will be no insistence on documents. He also announced Rs. 3.5 lakh as ex gratia for each of the deceased in the floods. Meanwhile, state government has also announced Rs. 200 crore relief for the two provinces of Jammu and Kashmir
