Friday Funny but NOT! HSC Page Manager Jeff Higgins Block Banned from Facebook - please read on. HSC admins do monitor comments for a wide variety of reasons. The most important to us is reading reports and observations so we can take notes and share them back to a wider audience or report them back to the BOM. We apologise that we can not answer many questions... we simply dont have the man / woman power! We also monitor comments for ABUSE or SWEARING also ATTACKS AGAINST HSC. During the height of Tuesdays Severe Storms HSC was covering 2 states non stop for 12 hrs, it was full on and hard work! A follower had made smart ass cracks at HSC a couple of times so I told him this You think we are full of hype? I just did you a favour I then tagged and banned him. Apparently this breached Facebooks Community Standards??? The comment was removed by Facebook and my personal Facebook account received a 12 hr block ban and please explain!!! Also of note my HSC public account had 4 violation notices on photos I shared on HSC, all were reviewed and the photos remained. Thats fine I can live with that however why am I telling you this??? Because it now changes the way we Administrate on HSC comments. *NO warnings or replies will be made in comments towards offenders on HSC. *HSC admins will delete comments or block and ban offenders from site without notice at our discretion. We offer an Email service for followers to appeal a Ban. We would like visitors and followers on HSC to enjoy coming to our site for what ever reasons... forecasts, warnings, observations, photos and videos.
