Subject: Suspension of durga shakti Nagpal, an IAS officer in U.P. state ruled by S.P., transfer of Pankaj Choudhary and IPS officer in congress ruled Rajasthan state and transfer of Ashok Khemka, an IAS officer in congress ruled Haryana state as all of them happened to be honest officers who have been punished by their political masters. Shri TSR Subramanian A former Cabinet Secretary wrote an article which appeared in Sunday Standard Weekly Newspaper dated 11-11-2012 regarding Vohra’s secret report submitted to the Govt. of India during 1993 who happened to be a former home secretary and presently governor of J& K which states that Politician – Bureaucrats- Mafia nexus has ruined the country which is a reality and a truth. Neither the congress which has ruled for around 50 years and non- congress govts. whenever they came to power at the centre have not published Vohra’s Secret Report till date since they do not want to expose the reality and truth to the citizens of India. Thanks to an RTI activist because of whom Vohra’s report is in circulation in social media network. All the political parties are united wherever their common self interest are involved and play blame game against their political opponents for making fool of public. Who has stopped congress and non-congress govts. at the centre and in states for carrying out the administrative and police reforms at the centre and in various states which they have not done till date and are not likely to do so inspite of the directions and guidelines given by Honorable Supreme Court of India since all of them have been misusing Bureaucracy and police as their political tool against their political opponents as and when they have come to power at the centre and in states. The time has come when IAS and IPS associations will have to unite together to protect the honest officers by refusing to obey illegal orders which are against the rule of law given orally by their political masters and put up their notings in files/records of their dissent and should not worry about their transfers and suspensions as they are going to get justice from the high courts and supreme court and the people of India and use electronic and print media which is now the 4th pillar in India for protecting themselves and their honesty. They should also press for changes in all India services rules to the govt. of India for their protection by filing PIL’s in high courts /supreme court and use media for their protection which is quite strong nowadays. The true definition of secularism is humanity towards all and hatred against none. Which political party is following true definition of secularism, practically none. They are playing the game of secularism v/s communalism for their cheap vote bank politics instead of debating real issues like corruption, price rise, external and internal threat for the security of the nation, infrastructure, social and economic development of the common man and the nation The views expressed above are my personal views and are not against any individual or any class and any organization.
