From a Ukrainian friend. OK, I got it. Thats what our politicians say. Ukraine should not resist the Russian invasion in order not to provoke a bigger Russian invasion, which will definitely become bigger because Ukraine does not resist. As the Russian invasion succeeds, Ukraine should not resist in order to prevent the Russian invasion from an even bigger success. But this success will become bigger, because only an idiot will not invade the country that does not resist in order to not provoke an invasion. :(
