From a lawn bowler in the Pacific’s tiny Norfolk Island to the first black female to compete for Canada, the Commonwealth Games have been a platform for some fascinating sportswomen. A play performed and created by the Women’s Creative Company has used their stories to explore what it means to be a sportswoman, today and in the past.
