You and Scott have done a ton of work and it shows... Dont worry the right buyer will come along... As far as the moulding.. Thats up to you if you want to freshen it up but I dont think its critical .. As far as the scent goes.. Personally I love vanilla but evidently they didnt lol.. Where was it? Maybe put it in a large room where it wont be too overbearing ..No worries.. Keep doin what you are doin.. Its a beautiful home..and it will sell!
