Full Time All Ireland U21 Hurling Final : Clare 2-20 Wexford 3-11 Clare win an exciting all Ireland Final. That had thrills, spills, tricks, penalty saved, missed chances. Tony Kelly was the standout performer hitting 0-07 from play in a man of the match display. Jack Guiney hit 0-07 from frees and had a penalty saved by full back Jack Browne. Colm Galvin was another senior star who excelled in midfield hitting 0-4 from play. What a great team to win 3 in a row. A word of mention to Gearoid O Connell whos father passed away during the week. Gearoid was wing back tonight and played brilliant, takes some man to play a game after such a loss. Fairplay to Clare, no doubt Wexford will come fighting back.
