GOLd Granola!!! Having nuts everyday is great for health. Having something healthy every two hours is recommended by every dietitian. I somehow never get ideas on what to have every two hours nor am i good at following a routine of having nuts every day. This granola bar fits my needs perfectly. Full of almonds, flaxseeds, figs, raisins, honey and oats. Make them and store them for a week and have it once a day. PS: RECIPE ONLY AFTER TWO DAYS PLEASE!!!
