GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!! Yesterday I was so very happy to see the number of people who responded (all positively) to the photos which I posted celebrating darker toned Black females (Oh my gosh! So many men responded too...Just as many, if not more than the ladies). Lupita Nyong said we have to shatter the stereotypes and it was a good exercise, as some beautiful black-skinned ladies wrote and expressed their gratitude. We have to love ourselves the way God made us and should not feel that we have to go above and beyond to be beautiful...Yeah!!!! Now with that said, please enjoy this video of our Beautiful little Island, Barbados and the parade, which I taped from start to finish, encircling the entire Garrison Savannah. (I taped it upsided down, so if it has not been corrected please excuse the mistake). However, I think youll love it!!! Lets continue to support the various causes that are intended to rebuild many of Barbados beautiful Landmarks and Historical places. I will show videos of a few later today.
